LUMIÈRE is a premium "Tenant Experience" platform designed for Class-A commercial towers. Unlike standard facility apps, Lumière unifies Physical Access Control, IoT Room Automation, and Amenity Booking into a single interface.
Technical Architecture
The system relies on an Always-Online architecture, utilizing the building's internal Wi-Fi 6 Mesh network and 5G nodes to ensure instant responsiveness.
Mobile Frontend:
Framework: React Native (with Native Modules).
Bridging directly to native hardware features like the NFC Controller and Bluetooth chip for access.
State Management: Apollo Client (for handling GraphQL data).
Connectivity Layer:
Protocol: MQTT over WebSockets.
Standard HTTP requests are too slow for controlling lights. MQTT keeps a persistent, lightweight connection open. When a user slides the "Brightness" bar, the command reaches the bulb in 50 milliseconds.
Backend & Database:
API Gateway: GraphQL
Time-Series DB: InfluxDB. Used to store sensor data (temperature, occupancy, air quality) logged every second.
